1. Site presentation
The CRS Report website (URL: https://crs-report.com, hereinafter the "Site") is a digital surgical-documentation aid. It allows the Peritoneal Cancer Index and various other surgical scores to be assessed, the procedures performed during cytoreductive surgery to be described in a standardised manner, and downloadable operative reports to be generated (.pdf, .csv, .json formats).
The tools offered on the Site are free of charge and accessible to all healthcare professionals concerned.
2. Disclaimer
The CRS Report clinical tool is intended to be used as a complement to sound clinical judgement. No electronic tool, including CRS Report, can replace the clinical experience and expertise of the healthcare professional, nor assess the clinical picture or factors specific to each patient.
All information returned by the tool must be validated by the User. Any decision taken in connection with the use of the tool is the sole responsibility of the User. The authors, developers and publisher of the Site decline all liability as to the results obtained from its use.
